Usually they are fine, but the log in and feed today are totally hosed, be warned if you bet there.
It\'s a little bit better, but still having problems. Bet early.
Yeah, its screwed for me right now. It took all my bets and deducted the money from my account, but when I try to \'recall todays bets\' to confirm... it times out.
DUe to video lag from them I got screwed out of Juanita in the 5th at CD yesterday and a timeout problem on a submitted bet screwed me out of a massive score in Evangeline\'s 7th last night. Seriously thinking about setting up shop elsewhere.
I hate to say it, but I have other people here at my house making bets on TVG with zero problems. Twinspires did this same thing to me the year of Big Brown... so after having this happen I can safely say that I will be switching to TVG after today.
I know. I am not even sure if I am still live in the pick 3. Pretty sure I had the winner in the 9th, but can\'t remember for sure and can\'t recall my bets for today.
nyra rewards is the same way. Just like number5858 said, bet early.
Twinspires just went from slow to non-responsive. Good thing I bet early
Caught with their pants down every Derby day. Absolutely comical.
Not only did site freeze up and become unresponsive.....I cannot sign back in....this is totally disconcerting......I just want to see my wager log so I can see the wagers I placed and I cannot even do that. Disgusting. How do things juat keep getting worse? Seems like everything is just degrading. Depressing.
Must be the millions of horseplayers who sign on Derby day, vs the 200 normally.
In the good old days, they use to hire extra tellers on the big days. Somehow, the computer world can\'t figure that out.
That\'s what cloud computing is for. Spin up a bunch of extra servers for the flash crowd days. They should have load tested to at least expected peak need or more in advance.
I dont know what feeds the batch bettors use, but the \'retail\' feed is useless today.
NYRA was slow but not too bad. Just now was able to get a download of today\'s bets, after not being able to do that for a while.

Me too man... finally got \'todays bets\' to load, and confirmed all my picks. Now I am happy and ready for DERBY!
Twinspires now working just fine for me. They must have expanded the cloud.
Been a Twinspires patron for five years...happily, profitably. But today? No. Breeder\'s Cup two years ago? Nah. That one cost me a bundle. Today is it for me. Guess I shoud\'ve had a backup plan. Definitely should have. Anyways...
Utterly inexcusable, this is BASIC modern computing/customer service. This stuff isn\'t even particularly hard or expensive; they just don\'t give a $hit. Was at a party today, we had planned on betting off the host\'s Twin Spires a/c, same thing as what you guys are saying, timeouts, no access...P_A_T_H_E_T_I_C....and this has happened several different times on big days w/his a/c....fwiw, we switched to my NYRA a/c, and while it was slower than a normal Saturday, we did get down on both the turf race and the Derby....unfortunately...and who knows what\'ll happen to us account-holders once Cuomo & co flush NYRA down the crapper...
That funny: because at their last shareholders meeting, they publicly announced that racing was no longer their business model. That made you think gambling was. Yet they are incompetent at it.
For me Twinspires started working again just fine right before the 10th race. I was able to make bets normally and without delay even at 2 minutes to post of the Derby. In retrospect, I wish the site would have stayed down until after the Derby it would have saved me some money as I was still loading up on Gemologist and Take Charge Indy...
What was strange is, the data feed for the exotics was badly delayed, and would post old flashes intermixed with new. ie, 6 mtp, then a 10 mtp AFTER that.
Seems the whole computer system was funged.
