Local weather has 40% Isolated showers, humid, high 85. Most likely it will be clear until 5pm with showers developing about that time.
Is that today or Saturday?
That\'s today but Sat is rather similar 86 with isolated showers 50%.
Major storm on it\'s way in 2 to 3 hours! Sounds like it will hit CD just before 6pm.
Just looked at the radar. Lots of yellow and red and bearing down on Louisville. The Oaks might be run in a swamp.
PS track fast, setting new records ....
That storm has been sitting literally in the same place for two-three hours now, building up but not moving east. If it hits before the race, it will delay for at least an hour in a downpour.
UPDATE: Now NWS saying storm is picking up speed, will hit in 1 hour. If true, it will cancel the Oaks, as the storm will be around for at least an hour ...
