Maryland stewards DQ\'d this one today.

The owner of this one has been racing at NYRA since the 1980s; the list of trainers
he has employed is pretty much the list of the usual suspects.

Will repeat again--even if NYSRWB is required by law to allow him to retain his
license, NYSRWB and NYRA can pull Tricky\'s stalls. Don\'t hold your breath waiting
for this.

The owner factor is huge and rarely discussed.

If Im not mistaken , they usually get a pass.

A cheap ticky-tack call.

What\'s next? A cry to throw Dutrow out because he got caught taking a leak alongside a barn?

Sheesh.

King and Crusader entered Monday at Aq in a Stake race.

If NYRA had any clue, both Tricky and Clueless Charles Haywire would be gone by the
end of the week.

After a while the joke\'s on all of us, which is why NYRA does not deserve our
patronage.

Great work by the Clueless One, allowing customers to \"float\" deposits,
then \"skimming\" the payoffs by adding extra vig on the takeout
