JB- I rarely \"tout \" a racehorse, but take a look at race 4 at Delpark yesterday. I watch, in stunned disbelief (I bet Dubidubidu, War Chant 1st turf-runs dead last!) as Shetan, 1st race since Nov. beaten 19 in a Pa-bred md sprint, go from last to first in 3/8 of a mile, at least 3-wide up the back and 3-4 wide on the turn, ridden out thru the lane and shut down w/50 yards to go, and stops the clock in 140.4 for mile and 70 yds. Turf was quick yesterday, as sprinters set a new 5F record later on. Name is Shetan (Johar-What is Next-Devil\'s Bag). Will be curious to see what your # is for him, as I usually don\'t get fooled by \"visually\" impressive horses. Think he could win a G-3 right now! I didn\'t bet him because trainer is lousy on grass (lol!)
I saw the race. These claimers went very fast 22,46, 1:11 but horse blew by them . Not sure quality of competition. I would wait to see her against alw horses to bet the house, though, but visually impressive with acceleration and separation.
Visually impressive to everyone. It\'s tough to get value if you\'re trying to purchase a horse like this. Everyone seen it. The best purchases are the fast ones that aren\'t visually impressive.
Bingo.
