Re your comment on the Ragozin board-- the trial judge ruled for us on the question of whether Lauffer owed us money, a contract is not necessary in this case. The open questions are how much he owes us, and whether he was guilty of Unjust Enrichment and Fraud, which the judge failed to rule on. Details can be found in You Be The Judge on this board.
The Appeals Court should be handing down a decision in the next few weeks. They rule on Friday mornings, haven\'t been sleeping much on Thursdays.
I would love for this to come down before the Belmont, when Lauffer is getting maximum publicity.
