I think with Flashpoint inside of Shack and DC this one is pretty solid.I don\'t anticipate any one of those three getting comfortable and it could be similar to what we saw in the Black Eyed Susan.
Of those three I\'d expect DC to hang around longest.
So who benefits?
Obviously the Derby winner if he fires and I like the slower pair up horses saving ground down on the inside. Some of the others like DI are gonna go wide on the second turn and he isn\'t that fast to begin with.MMM is very logical but Maragh never saves ground with him.Probably a mistake but I have Sway Away the same as Dublin- needing seven furlongs.
Astrology could move forward off that pattern-he\'s reasonable odds and Smith can just sit in behind the pace and wait.Logical in my mind to get a piece of this with a well timed ride.
Norman Asbjornson is at the right odds for me to bet on further development.Pattern says no but why does a 5 have to be the end of the line for a lightly(this year) raced three year old coming in with six weeks rest?
Not sure how anyone can be confident about betting this particular group and I\'m probably throwing money away but here is how I played it:
AK/Astrology,Norman/ALL tris
AK/ALL/Astrology,Norman tris
Mixed in DC and MMM for some extra tickets.Played supers the same way.
Also played Astrology to win and in some boxes with DC,MMM and Norman in case the Derby winner doesn\'t fire.
Back with more hallucinations in three weeks.Good luck everyone.
