hows does the d.d. at s.a. with a 7 dollar horse and a 42 dollar horse pay 42?

It didn\'t.

It paid $46.

First race had 5 horses, the well intentioned FTS Gomez/Mitchell horse won.

Gomez also won the second race.

Gomez, a top rider, won both legs. His second mount was obviously live, so looks like those who knew hammered the double.

there was a short priced horse in the first getting all the money,and it  was a 46 dollar horse and a 7 dollar first timer.

race 3 horse paid 2.10 in a 3 horse field, daily double   63,  hilarious

Yeah, it be that way sometimes.

 Amazing how everyone notices things like this after the fact but aint got the smarts to bet it before the windows close.

 If they did, it wouldn\'t have paid 22-1.

 PS A very small DD pool of 48k, makes this possible with only an extra 6 or 7 hundred bet.
