Title: Pleasant Prince
Post by: big18741 on October 31, 2010, 06:59:18 AM
Easiest toss or a board crashing bomb?

At what price can he be played for a 3 point jumpup which would make him relevant? Other than Zenyatta nothing is really proven here going 10f\'s.QR has the # power but looks headed in the wrong direction.LAL wasn\'t exactly extending in the 9.5f Preakness and isn\'t bred for the trip on the bottom.Blame\'s last race might have been a workout but it sure didn\'t look that way.Haynesfield caught a field where he was able to stroll around unpressured. When Hold Me Back is tracking in 3rd you know they\'re walking.

In my view he fits on race shapes and 10f breeding.Outside of that he was horribly mismanaged after his Florida Derby and it took him a long time to recover.He\'s absolutely a moonshot in here but kinda interesting.

I posted about him earlier. His Remington Park race made me take notice. I immediately thought \"BC classic\" after watching that race. Just a stab in the dark for sure, but worth a look.

Just needed to add my 2 cents to this..for whatever it\'s worth.  It seems you have some type of emotional connection to this horse because he is very unplayable using the sheets.  He likely needs more than a 3 point jump to hit the exacta and in this kind of race I don\'t see how that happens.  He\'ll probably be 50-1 but his actual odds of winning are probably much higher.  Bottom line...you can\'t use this horse if you pay for sheets and subscribe to the methodology.

Agree with APny..  I give him less than 1% chance of winning this race.

Easiest Toss IMHO.

An outside post would make him the easiest toss.

Inside and I might look at him at the bottom of a ticket. This whole race for me comes down to post position and trips.
