Check out this pic that he posted to his Twitter page. Is the blood coming through the front wraps normal?

That\'s not blood...it\'s some type of ointment or salve with a wrap...you think they would have any horse in training who is bleeding profusely?

No I wouldn\'t, but again I\'m not a trainer/owner that\'s why I asked. Thanks.

Jack,

There are several ways to try to prevent a horse from chewing their wraps off.
One of them is good old fashioned hot sauce.

That\'s cayenne pepper powder mixed with water to form a paste. It\'s then dabbed on the wraps to keep horses from chewing on the wraps.

Great juxtaposition. An equine athlete who is the epitome of class and a human
athlete who has none.

BH,

We had a horse that the hot sauce wouldn\'t work on.In fact he may have liked it.We
tried everything including a cradle.Someone in the barn finally spied on him and he
was lifting each leg and literally scraping the bandages off the other leg.Unfortunately he couldn\'t run as fast as he was smart.
