jerry,question after watching 7500 maiden claimers at emerald downs the winner runs 1.09.4 can we say that this running time can compete with allowance and stake horses who run the same comparable times and if he can run 1.09 why would he be running this cheap if his running time can compete with better horses this might sound like a stupid question ,but im asking people who have the knowledge of the game to get abetter understanding since i enjoy reading threads everyday to get a better grasp of figures in horses ,the race was todays 5th race emerald downs....thanks danny
Lets take out times and make it figures, so we don\'t have to deal with the issue of track speed. The answer is yes, IF he runs the same race against those horses.
