Anyone like anything today at Hollywood???
Sunset Handicap is interesting: I think Champ Pegasus and Buenos Dias may be the ones to focus in on, esp. Champ Pegasus - he seems to have class. Typically these Cali turf marathons are not that strong. Buenos Dias got a perfect set up in last, but at least he\'s handled the trip which few otthers in here can say.
I also think JP Jammer might be worth a look in race 8 - he might be coming around and looks like the lone speed to me. he faced many grade I types and these are certainly not along the lines of Misremembered, M1Rifle, Acclamation, Kelly Leak, etc.
Baffert\'s horse Smash in race 7 comes in highly touted though I\'ll say be his pedigree indicates his best races will come at longer distances than 5FUR - Doughboy really moved forward in his last just his second start and seems like a nice little horse for an underrated barn.
The pickens seem a bit slim today, but perhaps I will go to work on some of the other races. I don\'t know how in hell someone hit the pick 6 yesterday - amazing to me that it was hit. Del Mar is on the horizon - used to look forward to that meet so much - recent years not so much. Good luc to anyone - post some winners here today!
