What a shame about Buddy\'s Saint.
They made a terrible mistake when they brought this horse back in 3 weeks after the 1 he ran in the Nashua to run in the Remsen. He bounced big as one would expect in that race and while be won that battle, they lost the war right there. The damage was done once they ran back too quickly there.
Can\'t run young horses back too quickly off of huge efforts. Just can\'t do it.
What a shame.
There aren\'t too many of these Saint Liam\'s around because of another tragic situation so I was really hoping to see this one stick around for awhile.
