While the horses are loading I call my brother to suggest that he make a play as the she is 4 to 1. During the first qtr of the race the 2 gets an easy lead and the odds board and television screen shows the price @ 5/2. When she reaches the half mile with an easy two length lead the tote board flashes 8/5. She wins by 4 and pays $5.40.
