I think the idea is that we all have a good thought for the man.

We all know that he\'s been sick, there\'s nothing wrong with a post that drives us to have a good thought for someone who is hurting.  There\'s no harm in that at all.

Really no need to be calling people vulgar names on the board.  What\'s the upside there?

Give it a rest High Roller. Frankel has been a high profile figure in the sport for decades. Nothing wrong with having the racing community, which this board qualifies as, sending positive thoughts and prayer towards Mr. Frankel.

Dude wants to send some sympathy his way, and he\'s the scumbag. Nice.

I agree.

My gut tells me this is not a good situation. My heart says \"I hope I\'m wrong.\"

We have certainly poked some criticism his way with the White Mercedes Connection but make no mistake he came up the hard way and succeeded. Starting as a Groom.

What people should understand is sometimes these types have unorthodox styles and methods. See Wayne Lukas. And then there those who do not. See Bill Mott.

But for a guy who began as claiming trainer, then became a more of highly successful turf trainer he became successful at a little of everything. Classic sprinters, Older horse Champions and Triple Crown prospects.

Here is hoping he is not finished making his impact on the game.

Why are you bringing up the whole \"White Mercedes\" thing in a post where you are simply wishing him well?  How would this fit in with your \"coming up the hard way\" thing?  That\'s not really \"coming up the hard way\" is it?  I\'m not sure he got nailed on any positives.  But you can\'t use \"coming up the hard way\" and \"White Mercedes\" in the same paragraph.  Makes no sense.

And then in the next sentence you\'re talking about \"unorthodox\" training methods?

Honestly, this kind of praise...I think anybody could do without.

How about just - get well soon.

please no false piety from mr. wall st.

not one major paper or media outlet has printed what is wrong with the man. he is a very private person. what he has posted is pure gossip and rumor.

that is classless.

it\'s common knowledge that he has cancer.  It is very tragic.  I don\'t know him personally but like everyone who has cancer (including my brother who died from cancer), I pray for him everyday.

please stop posting on this topic.

It\'s unfortunate that, while he may be a high roller (even if it\'s only on his own mind), he did not buy himself some..... class.

You can\'t argue with a sick mind!
