Title: Charitable Man
Post by: alm on August 30, 2009, 05:05:55 AM
So what was Charitable Man\'s excuse this time?

Should we beat up on Dominguez this week?

Or could it just be that this critter does not want 2 turns? Return to Pleasant Tap, perhaps?

Al,

CM ran out of excuses last out with that one paced performance, no acceleration.Classic case of a horse not being as fast as his figs and there are many of them.Trust your visual skills before anything.

A son of Lemon Drop Kid and a Saint Ballado mare, and still playing in the dirt?

As the neighborhood head said to me when I was a tender child, \"Here, kid -- try a little grass. You might like it.\"

Rick,

Totally agree with this about trying Charitable Man on the grass (the kind you can run on not smoke but maybe the stuff you can smoke wouldn\'t hurt him either).

As I mentioned before the Travers, I am done with this guy going two turns on the dirt but a one turn mile or two turns on the grass and we might just get back together again.
