I guess Frankel had him ready. Met mile next?
OPM,
I know you and I have always disagreed on this one but I think Aldebaran is a nice horse that just happened to be second best in quite a few races chasing very good horses at their best.
From 7f to a mile on turf of dirt he is very solid.
Also take note that both Baffert and Frankel seem to have taken their horses to another level over the last month or two. Which is hard to do given that they were already on another level relative to just about everyone else even before then.

Chris:
It\'s just amazing what these guys have done. I hope it\'s all honest hard work but I don\'t know. Let\'s look at the possibilties:
1)could the #\'s be wrong, not likely.
2)is there some legal stuff out there that they guys have figured out over the last year(hyperbaric Oxygen, etc)doubt but maybe.
3)something funny is going on here.
It\'s just hard to handicap in this environment.
Now, if Aldebaran run a -3 off the layoff, I don\'t know how one can handicap the race and deduce this. I do agree that he is a nice horse but something put him over the top and most likely it wasn\'t just the rest. I wish these guys nothing but the best but it\'s just unusual.

Cigar Mile to Congaree.
BC Mile terrible trip
Vosburgh to Bonapaw
Forego to Orientate
Alw to Voodoo
Met Mile to Swept Overboard
Commonwealth BC to Orientate
Not sure about Voodoo, but every other race the winners ran negative numbers. Talk about a run of bad luck, LOL.
