I read that Andy Beyer didn\'t bet the winner of Mondays SAR 10 at $90 per ducat.
Now, this is the same Andy that wrote a detailed article on this trainer in 2007, and how he\'s a \'player\'. Crists blog on drf has it in full.
I guess the fact that he didn\'t bet him (I have to take him at his word) is no more shocking than the price paid. Amazing that even with all the trainer stats and how easy it is to get historical info on the computer, you can still get a huge price on something \'live\'.
Beyer\'s blood pressure no doubt made a new top on the wire.
