You will be glad to know that Mullins goes in front of NYRA Wednesday. This should be held in a public forum, but I\'ll take it.

Isn\'t that kind of birds of a feather in NYRA and Mullins?

JB,

Mullins already received 15 days and $2.500 from the NYSWRB.As a separate matter, he now has to face NYRA Stewards who can banish him from racing in NY if they so choose.Guess is,another fine and more days as the Air Power bottle reportedly did not test positive for any illegal substance.

Mullins is a dumb asshole(hinted at by Rick Arthur) who badmouthed NY racing before the incident was totally resolved and the powers that be, know of it.Maybe they\'ll throw the book at the creep.

JB,

Heard it from more than one source and the penalty would have been much stiffer unless you are thinking cover up by the NYSWRB.The NYRA stewards hearing, another matter,is supposedly an administrative one with rule infraction the agenda.

Penalties for positives are handed out by the NYSWRB as I understand it and he got 15 days, reduced to 7, and $2.500 fine.Have you heard something different?

From his lawyer on 4/19 accepting the above penalty:

Karen Murphy, Mullins\' attorney, issued a statement from the trainer the afternoon of April 19.

\"The State of New York has conducted its own testing which determined that I did not administer any illegal drug or medication or prohibited substance to Gato Go Win on April 4th.
