Papa Clem : Paired - Moved - 6pts.
Friesan Fire : Paired - Moved - 2pts.
Musket Man : Paired - Moved - Paired.
So can we expect since Dunkirk & Hold Me Back just paired that they have a good chance to move forward in the Derby.

Briefly, your observation is spot-on. A pair of tops in a young horse is a sign of strength and often results in a new top shortly thereafter if not next time out. Because Thoro-Graph takes weight carried and ground loss into account, sometimes efforts seemingly nondescript in the results charts are actually better than they appear. And if one of these efforts pairs the immediately previous top, why then you may have a good bet in the making, obviously contingent upon what the rest of the field runs. But it\'s exciting.

What is a read on a horse that pairs then goes backward? I always expect to see the improvement but when you see one \"react\" to a pair do you make him or her get back to that pair prior to getting back on him?
