Title: ROTW-Not So Square Eddie:Post Edited
Post by: Silver Charm on April 18, 2009, 02:31:52 PM
8-5 of this horse is not a good price at all. This one smells of a rush job and we have seen them before.

I don\'t like the spacing or price on Parade Clown, so I am at odds with the ROTW author.

Gomez from the 11 hole worked out last week and at 16-1 it is worth it to see if he can do it twice.

AP Indy is a freak on Synthetic.

Asmussen last chance to get into the Derby.

2,4,9,11 Box

This was a 2,6,9,11 Tri box not the 4. No matter anyway

Gomez must have moved the Maiden winner up in this one!! This game is beautiful!

Not sure if he moved the horse up, but Gomez was responsible for the victory (again). Ran 4 lengths slower than the favorite, and beat him by 2, from the 11 hole. Garrett\'s colt actually ran slower than the 8th place finisher.

That is part of moving a horse up.

Getting him at a minimum to run his race. Taking advantage of ground or pace or whatever. Attacking at the right time.

Seeing a lot of similarites right now between Gomez and Pat Day except for the movements on their respective horses in the stretch.
