Thanks to your site being down for part of this weekend, I realized a great WIN at the bettor\'s windows.
I tried to purchase your sheets thru your site, and THANK GOD, YOUR SITE WAS DOWN. I CALLED RAGOZIN\'S. I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE NAMED JAKE, GAVE HIM MY CREDIT CARD, AND WITHIN MINUTES HE FAXED ME \"THE SHEETS\".
Professional, and timely. That was an experience I have not often had with Thoro-graph, and this goes back to when I stopped by to pick up your product at HUDSON STREET. I called their office back TODAY to thank them for their SUPERIOR product and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spoke with JAKE and was not surprised to hear that he never talked with anyone from your office.

Congratulations on your great good fortune Booby. I have never made any comments on any conversations with Jake or about conversations between Jake and JB, so I have no idea why you would single me out here. I only comment on things I have direct knowledge of.

Speaking of half-wits, you are obviously too stupid to realize that the TG site was not the problem, nor did their customer service have anything to do with it. There was a large virus spreading thru the entire internet on saturday which crippled internet routers and blocked traffic to many locations, not just thorograph. You and Ragozin\'s product are made for each other, and next time get a clue before being such a loud-mouth.
Maybe the Internet virus was caused by the new Ragozin online site.
