Title: Any Computer Friendly LV Race Books
Post by: Rick B. on January 24, 2009, 08:59:49 AM
Forgive me if this has been discussed before.

I am relying on my laptop more and more in my daily wagering, mostly because I am trying to wean myself from all things paper.

I just pulled the plug (as it were) on wagering at my local racetrack because power outlets went from scarce to non-existent when they reconfigured (i.e., downsized) the inside of the plant. I\'ve been frequenting Living Room Downs for about three weeks and I love it.

Well, I\'m in LV this week, and when I entered the Last Chance qualifier at the Red Rock, I was astonished to find out that none of the horseplayer workstations had power outlets.

WTF?? The place is relatively new. Who designed their book -- a direct descendant of Cro-Magnon Man?

The \"Horseplayer Friendly\" Orleans also takes a zero in this category.

I just called the Wynn and they claim to have outlets, so I\'ll head over there today and have a look.

Anyone have suggestions for other computer friendly places to bet in Las Vegas?
