Hello guys & gals. Been a while. Oak Tree opens today with the 6.5F Morvich down the hill. Mandella saddles Chilean import Matto Mondo. He\'s been in the Mandella barn since December 2007 and today\'s the day. He\'s apparently working well and looks the part of a potential super star. Definitely a fast horse down there! Here is a video clip of his last Chile G1 stakes win. I noticed he cut a 1:33 mile loose on the lead. Will be interesting to see how Mike Smith handles him today.

Dead Last! Awesome indeed!
It takes guts to post a selection. Ignore any raspberries.
Matto Mondo is back today. Running in the 7th in about 20 mins. Taking a lot of action. Im all in. Get on the band wagon!
I was at Santa Anita today. He had a sparkling work between races and looked set on go. Those early fractions were too much though. I don\'t know what the hell Smith was thinking pushing those fractions...22.76, 45.76, 1:09.01, 1:21.38, 1:33.82
It just helps the price for next time. Mandella has this one going in the right direction. Third time might be the charm
I \"gave out\" Visionaire two weekends ago as a single and he finished dead last. Don\'t sweat it.
Thanks for the thoughts and keep putting up your thoughts.
Did anyone have him yesterday? He rang the bell at 13-1 and I completely missed that he was entered. I was at the Cal v Miami bowl game (snoozer). DANGIT! I hope someone got him. Ronwar was right. Third time was the charm
Make that 4th time Buck. His 3rd start was at GG where he got beat in an allowance type race.
Yesterday, he entered as the co- slowest on TG and wired no less despite the presence of Monterrey Jazz a dead speed last 6 starts.
Wish I was at the boring Cal game.
Mike
