Van Berg also never publically admitted he knowingly gave his horses illegal performance enhancing drugs in a regulated wagering sporting event.
\"Sammy the Bull\" better get Lawyered up before he takes the stand.
Just enough hubris there to get himself in trouble if he doesn\'t have someone good to advise him. On his own he\'s likely to walk out of the hearing with his shirt looking like it did after the Belmont.
So are you saying that Dutrow\'s comments on national TV separate him from other cheater\'s who may have an even longer \"resume\" of violations but who have not yet admitted to drug illegal drug use on national TV, and this is why they haven\'t been called as witnesses?
