Which entity is more laughable: Santa Anita or the Breeders\' Cup?

I have it on good authority that Ron Charles wanted to use Tapeta, but that Michael Dickinson wouldn\'t give him a guarantee.

Some guarantee they got, huh? They are now suing those that supposedly gave them one.
