The Judge likely ordered the drug testing as one of the conditions for them to be released along with the \"travel restrictions\" the judge also placed on them. You get arrested-you get drug tested. One more drug test failure and its behind bars while awaiting trial. These guys lives are ruined, time served or not. Next their Assets likely will be frozen and confiscated IF any connection can be found that the assets are gotten from or were used for any illegal activity\'s. Then we will be able to buy their computers and cars at a repo sale somewhere. They will be paying attorney fees for the rest of their lives regardless of the outcome. How stupid and greedy are some folks? Seems like to me there\'s a bunch of those greedy folks running the tote companies.

It\'s just dumb luck that they were caught. Had Medaglia D\'Oro, Evening Attire won, there would\'ve been multiple tickets across the country. Jim: The ITSB is on the TRA site & details all scan bets, the most popular of which are pk6s, pk4s, and supers. The bets you mention are not scan bets.

My understanding is that all but 2 were hand selected by Weil, which is why it wasn\'t surprising to learn that he supposedly received $30 million in comp over the last 10 yrs & therefore didn\'t need any extra \"bonuses\", as you put it. Moreover, in public pronouncements and conf calls Weil & the Pres of Autotote have not demonstrated a sufficient level of knowledge of how the co they were supposed to be managing worked to pull off anything.
More and more, it looks like Weil and Autotote might skate on this, which would be a real \"human tragedy\", one of the talking points for the ridiculous spin offered by Autotote\'s pr outfit. Quinn is looking for and considering input at the NTRA site, if you agree with my assessment that Autotote should be held accountable.
