TGJB,
You mentioned Kentucky Bear and his possible new top. What do find is a reasonable new top figure? Does the fact KB has been here and has somewhat
acclimated himself factor in your opinion? Btw,what kind of figure do the crabcakes usually run(in your opinion)?
MJS
KENTUCKY BEAR is an interesting longshot, however you have to ask yourself why did he get caught up so long on his left lead in the stretch of the Blue Grass.
Inexperience? jock? polytrack? or more importantly.....distance limitations?
Good Luck,
Joe B.
jbelfior,
Unfortunately didn\'t see his action through the lane cause I missed the race.
Did KB ever get to his proper lead in the lane and then switch back and forth
a couple times? Interesting thing with KB is connections by-passed 6f and 7f
1st time out.Thorograph made mention of KB bleeding in 2nd start and I read that
somewhere else prior.
Good Luck as well,
MJS
From what I read, KB both bled and grabbed a quarter in that race. But I also read he has not changed leads in the stretch on ANY of his races so far and don\'t know if has corrected that problem or not.
He seems to be a healthy, fresh horse with legit numbers provided a decent
move forward.
