I usually do not bet Hollywood, but I do have the sheet and a small opinion on the 6th race tonight. Looks Like the 9, Pluginthejug can return/pair his 7 or close to it. he stands at 9-1 with 5 mins till post. I will be using with the 2,3, and 10. Here goes.

Even money favorites win 4 of 5 on the Hollywood poly.  You poly complainers are really starting win me over.  It must have been the surface at Keeneland and not the level of competition that produced all those big prices this spring.  That poly is impossible to figure out for sure.

Tread,
Nothing is impossible.  I\'ve said all along, Keeneland must be treated as a completely different surface from the other poly tracks.  Woodbine, Arlington, and Turfway all play very similarly. But Keeneland?  You cannot compare it with any other artificial or poly surface.
If you\'ve started to find some successes on the artificial surfaces, just keep the faith that eventually you will solve the Keeneland mystery.
Good luck

Yes smalltimer, we\'ve all read your comments about surfaces differences 6 times now.  I guess your sarcasm meter must be turned off.

Keeneland is not difficult to handicap because of its poly surface.  It is difficult to handicap because of the quality of racing there and the large range of different circuts that send in horses.  Turf racing at Keeneland produces even less favorites than the main track does.  People who do poorly at Keeneland look for poly as a scapegoat, when in fact it is the quality and variety of horses that makes it tough.

Tread,
Jeez, has it only been 6 times?  May I suggest you don\'t read my posts? They\'re not really submitted for your approval. I tend to compare sarcasm with sour grapes and whine.
The idea that a large number of circuits ship to Keeneland doesn\'t present a problem if you know what you\'re doing.
The public\'s never been right more than 38% on any track anywhere in the country, so why should Keeneland be identified as the tough track for the public?
