Here we are with the KD over and a ridiculous situation here in the east. With Mth opening and Pim, Del, Pha, and Bel running, all these tracks are just about an hours drive from the next closest one. Bel\'s cards are filled with statebreds, and the other 4 all have short fields most of the time. Slots don\'t seem to have helped the quality of the races at Del and Pha. Most tracks are getting most of their income from simulcasting, so why do they run against each other?
My proposal is to have Mth and Del race spring/summer and Pha/ Pim, Lrl race in the fall and winter.
