Title: Even money ML on Pyro??
Post by: Sandreadis on April 10, 2008, 07:53:23 PM
There\'s got to be great value in betting against this horse.
Never raced on poly, not fully cranked. His work @ KEE 3/31 did not look all that. It is on kentuckyderby.com.
All you Texas Wildcatter fans must like Visionaire. Cool Coal Man gets the rail again.Let\'s beat this Chalk. You could make a case for 7 or 8 of these colts. Ideas??

When Alfred E. Neumann is making the morning line on a strictly prepping three year old you get even money.

However this is the same Keeneland crowd that hammered Country Star down to 1-2 so maybe it is a good M/L.

Watch the Lanes End replay if you get a chance. Medjool broke from the #12 post and was at least 6 wide on BOTH turns. Finished  strong beaten 3 lengths by Adriano. Baze makes the trip East again.30/1 morning line.

Who\'s the clown who makes this morning line? Battaglia?

Wide open race when surface, intent and posts factored in.What\'s wrong with #2 Kentucky Bear 50-1? Went off 4-1 in the FOY and bounced off his fast debut.

Trained over Woodbine and Turfway rugs as a 2yo.Galloped over the Keeneland strip in a 5f work the other day.

In the Commonwealth # 7 Medzendeekron 10-1 ML looks live.Enough speed in there to set him up,and he was under wraps in his race at SA in early March.

I agree. Although Keenland has changed its surface to polycrap, it still has the same configuration which has always made those breaking from inside posts dangerous at this track at this distance.

That being said, I\'m tossing the rail horse. Zito has said over and over this is not a robust horse. Can\'t see him being cranked with obvious bigger fish to fry over natural dirt in 3 weeks. Kentucky Bear a huge ? Cowboy Cal is dangerous with inside speed as long as he can run equally as well.

MONBA may be the sleeper if RIP Pletcher has one last breath left in him. By a superior polycrap sire (Maria\'s Mon) wouldn\'t be a shock if Pletcher has this one ready to fire at a big #. Prado stays on colt with impressive maiden win at Keenland and nice finish in CashCall at Hollywood from post 9.

Good Luck,
Joe B.
