FYI -- The adjusted for weight top for Royal Highness is wrong in the ROTW.  She should be 3.25 (and arguably 3.5) and not 2.5.

Question for the TG folks:

With such an overwhelming favorite in the LI Hcap, why use it as ROTW? There are two nice stakes at CD today with slightly bigger fields -- are the TG #\'s less reliable in KY? Thanks.

Yeah, the figures are less reliable in Kentucky. I\'ve been meaning to mention this.

There are a lot of things that can decide ROTW, including time constraints. If a race is really complicated (meaning it would take an awful lot of explaining for several horses), and/or a lot of horses are tough to read, and/or there are no clear points to make, we probably won\'t be using it.

Poorly constructed question about Kentucky & TG on my part, sorry.

A better way to ask it would be: is the racing in Kentucky, ahem, less reliable than other locations that always seem to be used for ROTW?

An example of my \"less reliable racing\" tag is Hawthorne: I stopped buying TG for any of their races, because they do anything they damn well please there. The best handicapping products in the world are about as useful as Magic 8-ball at that track.

Anyway, thanks for the explanation.
