certainly bred for the slop. great post. fast enough. issue is the distance. a live horse if this comes up wet fast.
I think I\'m sticking with Grace Anatomy. last was impressive imo. post the problem obviously, but she has a pretty good turn of foot, and the field might be strung out a bit. Frankie might be able find a two or three path. bred for the dirt (though not sure about the slop).
Michael D Great comments. Speed not holding but trip and rail important. Not changing mind but not as possitive after seeing races today. Good Luck
Breeders\' Cup Juvenile Fillies
1 Phantom Income / Eibar Coa / Richard Violette Jr. / Klaravich Stables, Inc / 30-1
Gets cooked chasing a hot pace and bounces off the 5 pt top. Pass
2 Clearly Foxy / Patrick Husbands / Mark E. Casse / Charles LaLoggia / 30-1
Seems a little out of her league here. Pass
3 Tasha\'s Miracle / David Flores / John W. Sadler / Team Valor International / 10-1
Ran a nice one two back, then bounced. On pattern, she could get back to her top for a piece. Distance and pace are the big questions. Passing reluctantly
4 Indian Blessing / Garrett Gomez / Bob Baffert / Hal J. Earnhardt III / 3-1
Ran a big one first time out, and looked impressive for 3/4s last time. More distance, & more pressure don't help her here. Pass
5 Irish Smoke / Julien Leparoux / Francois Parisel / West Point / 8-1
Ran a huge one first out and has been going backward as the races have gotten longer. Pass
6 Set Play / Brice Blanc / Peter Miller / Sean Gerson, Charleville Stables / 6-1
Has a decent top two back, but it by the looks of her last it really knocked her out. Pass
7 Backseat Rhythm / Javier Castellano / Patrick L. Reynolds / Paul P. Pompa Jr. / 12-1
Slow numbers, and didn't seem to handle the off track at the spa in his only try. Pass
8 Izarra / Victor Espinoza / Ronald L. McAnally / Janis R. Whitman / 6-1
Last race was one of the better two turn figs in here, and she nice forward moving pattern. Would like a little better than 6-1 to include her on top though. Playable in exotics
9 Smarty Deb / Ricky Frazier / Doris Harwood / Northwest Farms LLC / 30-1
Her last two were just a touch better than Izarra, and she did it easy. Bred to love it wet on both sides, and is somehow 30-1. Solid Contender
10 Proud Spell / Gabriel Saez / J. Larry Jones / Brereton C. Jones / 5-1
One of two juvy's to throw two 4 or better fig (War Pass is the other), she hasn't seen two turns yet, but shouldn't have to much trouble doing it. Don't be fooled by Proud Citizen's 0% win rate on the slop 5 of the 6 have ran ITM. Contender
11 Zee Zee / Robby Albarado / William I. Mott / Zayat Stables LLC / 30-1
Three slowish turf races don't inspire. Pass
12 Grace Anatomy / Frankie Dettori / Doug F. O\'Neill / J. Paul Reddam, Suarez Racing, and Paul LoDuca / 10-1
Earned a big two turn number last time mostly on ground loss. The 12 post probably means she will be making another wide run. Playable in exotics
SCR Cry and Catch Me / Mike Smith / Bob Baffert / Stetson Land and Cattle Company / SCR
14 A to the Croft / Kent Desormeaux / Kenneth G. McPeek / Koolmen Racing Stables LLC / 10-1
Fasted 2 turn top in the race last time was a 1.5 pt top. Decent shot to throw another top here. Should get a decent trip dropping over behind the speed, and making a run late. Rider and Trainer have both been of fire of late too. Contender
Summary
Win Contenders: Proud Spell, Smarty Deb, A to the Croft
Playable in exotics: Izarra, Grace Anatomy

I had a good wake up call today concerning the price of sentimenatality in our game, so I feel good about voting that Proud Spell and Smarty Deb look 1-2 to me, as well. No matter what happens, it\'ll be an upgrade of what I did today for the \"sake of love\". That\'s how I phrase pedistrian idiocy when it applies to me.
