Rich,

The first 4, while maybe not singles, fit well. Why Balance though? You have a few faster older f&m\'s, and a few 3 yr olds with nice looking patterns getting weight.

Hi Mike

As you can see, Balance started nice as a 2 yr old, got back to the top early in her 3yr old year, ran a new top, then the wheels came off. When she picked up again in late dec 06 and early 07 with those 2 big races at 1 1/8 miles, I like that, she ran 2 big races and went forward a 1 1/2 pts. This is very positive and I believe there is additional room for development just off those 2. Then she is rested, comes back on Cushion/Poly, and still manages to run back to the top, even though its apparent that her best and her sires best runners are not poly inclined, check out the synth figures for Thunder Gulch, not poly runners. When she came back to Belmont in that last race (which she needed) and ran that new small top, off a bad start, that was very positive, and I can\'t see any reason that a forward move is not coming now. She always fires 2nd off the layoff. At 15-1 I can not see anyone with more potential next Saturday in this race. Ginger Punch been running 1 turn races, and 4 negs in a row, not for me. Hystericalady, yeah she thru a couple negatives in there, but I don\'t care for the intermittent figs at all or the 1w1w rail trips in a speed race. Indian Vale same thing, and she will bounce off  the last , like she always does. The 3 yrs olds do get a little in weight, however they are slower to begin with. With a good post and good position, I feel that Balance at the odds, and with that pattern, is an automatic move forward horse this week. I don\'t feel the same on the other 4yr olds.
