Title: woodward
Post by: nunzio on August 17, 2002, 10:21:28 AM
This has got to be the cheeziest G-I
race I have seen in some time.  There is not alot of pace in here and ABREEZE is
almost sure to be gunning for the lead from that post.  If Evening Attire puts himself
in the catbirds seat, he might win it.
I\'ll see if I get 6-1 or better.  Gander looks like he could make some noise as well.

Good Luck,
Nunzio

Nunzio,
Gander was on a reasonable pace in this race last year, and tired at the end. If the track is very slick (which is a possibility) I give the horse a shot, otherwise I think you are looking at another \"3\" or so, which won\'t be enough. I think the two horses most likely to run in the \"1\" range are Dollar Bill and Snake Mountain. Both have nice posts and decent weight assignments ($Bill the highweight, but carried 124 last time). I will try those two in the top spots, and use Unshaded and Baseball Champion as well. (and yes, I need some pace in this race to cash).  Good Luck!!

I can\'t play $-Bill, he is a nice horse but geez, get him a win already, put him where he can win, I just don\'t see him winning this, especially if the track is wet.
