Title: Logan Avenue Linda July 3rd 5th

How is it possible that this filly got a 13 at the pleasonton fair in the 5th race. She ran a 141.1 mile and 70 by being 2w1w and toting 119lbs. The next race affair over got a 8\'3 by running .4 seconds slower carring same lead and was 2w 1w  How much of a varient would cause this? I am a new user Please help

I took a look at this, and while I understand why Paul cut that race loose, I overruled him and took off about 4 points.
