if I purchase a few of Saturday\'s races tonight (say 3), then buy 6 more tomorrow, will the system ring up a $25 CAC?

also, any idea on the ROTW?

No.

You have to purchase all nine races on the same transaction, that is, at the time you first select the create-a-card option.
