Amen to that. I\'ve long maintained that \"juicers\" and owners that pay them should be dealt with by the \"real law\" as the the criminals they are rather than the kid glove treatment they get from their \"good ol boys\" friends on the racing commisions. For crying out loud, the U.S. Congress itself got involved with the steroid scandal in baseball. Do racing fans deserve any less?

Nice link + Nice point , I feel the judge ruled correctly , considering the present day logistical realities of parimutuel wagering . This ruling falls right into \"center of middle\" of that \'61 Wire Act in substance and spirit . It\'s gratifying to see Judge Cedarbaum throw the book at them ...
