Title: Going wide in the BC
Post by: kev on October 18, 2005, 07:47:34 PM
This is for final turn only:

498 horses were tested.

Horses that ran 5w or more made up 10% of the field ( 498 ) and won 4% of the races.

The winner of these 42 BC races and avg. was 2w in the first turn and was 2.5w in the 2nd turn. The problem with horses going wide is, how do you know which ones will go super wide? Maybe you have to downgrade the number\'s of horses that come from behind a little bit. Like you all really care.
