On 2/28, I ordered the sheets for Santa Anita for 3/1. I tried to print them but it froze up my work computer which I had to re-boot, losing the sheets with them. I sent 2 emails on 2/28 to the webmaster to cancel the order as I didn\'t want to be charged for something I didn\'t receive. A/O today, no response back at all & the $25 charge to my credit card has not been reversed. Ragozin gets blasted for bad customer service, but it seems you guys aren\'t much better.
