Have seen a lot of races on-track at Saratoga this meet. Seems to me that the track is particularly sensitive to watering this meet. When speed seems to be holding the horses and jocks are coming back clean but at times it seems they are putting a great deal of water down during the day and you can see it on the jocks. The track seems to be playing very differently depending on what they are doing during the day.
