I need answers to this one. I lost big on this race which absolutely shook the foundation of everything I know of handicapping. I really do not want to turn the page yet. We must learn from this. I an not ready to say this is a fluke.
I am awaiting comments from the more astute handicappers on this board.
As I rethink the race AA was my key. The only thing I could of possibly done is take AA/all/all, all/AA/all, all/all/AA. I know that\'s a big investment but I envisioned a big exotic payoff this race.
i dont think you can win on that bet in a 20 horse field...plug it into youbet and see what they wanna charge you for it. It wont be cheap....lol

Tony that bet would have returned well on the race. If you were sure you\'re horse was gonna run in money sure. I thought Alex would win but for bounce and made bounce about 40% and he bounced. What did that tri pay? It was astronomical but its a tough wager and guarantees big loses when you dont hit. You\'re not gonna get horses in like the first two often. Alex could have just as easily bounced to last.
p.s. i think you forgot the wager amout. If it was only a buck you\'re figure is right i think.
