Title: Indulto
Post by: TGJB on March 23, 2005, 10:57:48 AM
??????????????????

Pal, you truly are as dumb as a bag of rocks. You had it exactly backwards-- a RAGOZIN guy tried to shut him down, I was trying to help him. And not all conversation takes place in public.

As you may have have noticed, I\'ve been ignoring your attacks-- first off because nobody takes you seriously, and when I go after you it\'s seen as beating on a kid, and secondly because, in case you haven\'t noticed (and if you follow both boards you should have), as the industry moves away from hardcopy, Ragozin is well on it\'s way to becoming the Latin of handicapping. I\'m not saying I won\'t take them to task for the obvious errors in big races etc., but best guess is that we have something like 80% of the online market (a major account wagering service recently did a market survey-- of the 1200 people surveyed, about 70% used DRF, 4% TG, zero used Ragozin)-- so I don\'t need to point out the errors as much as in the past.

But George was right-- I am responsible for the bad weather in the Northeast today. That\'s what happens when I get a headache from trying to read your convoluted, tortured prose.

Marc-- how do you sleep at night.

Yep, what you said on the Ragozin board about the pace figures was absolutely true. Exactly as true as when Ragozin said in his book that he won on those win bets at Atlantic City, while leaving out that he got clobbered on the other 80% he bet, and lost overall.

In your case, let\'s make it simple-- did you, or did you not, send a letter to the pace guy telling him to stop? If it wasn\'t you personally, was it someone else at DRF? If not a letter, another form of communication saying the same thing? I know you have it straightened out now-- but that\'s not the point, is it? It was you (and the DRF) that originally caused the problem, and you are now trying to muddy the waters to make it seem like you had nothing to do with it. Just as you did with your \"credible evidence of ethical misconduct by high ranking Thoro-Graph employees\" (which by your own account turned out to be an allegation of bad behavior by someone WHILE THEY WORKED FOR RAGOZIN), just as you did when you tried to make it look like we were lying about Michelson using our data to win the NTRA contest.

You\'re something else.

Seriously Jerry , you could work on the weather a little bit ... I\'m still live in the Aqu showdown (knock on wood) using that super Thorograph Data - going w/ Matt Daddy in race 2 today . It\'s cease\'s to amaze me how low browe and what a headache that Ragozin outfit is ... These guy\'s are definately bad news ( for racing too )and I\'ve always kind of known that based on their overall negativity ... years ago when I asked those guy\'s for work handicapping I wasn\'t serious - I was drunk ...  I was sobering up a bit by drinking a few beers after a long day of drinking whiskey .  I mean Really some of those people over there are an extreme waste of time ...
