Knee Chip out of Ky. Derby See DRF.com
This is interesting because Steve Haskin had reported him running first time fronts and Ellis saying he had knee problems but it was no big deal.

too big, too fast for his legs. his sire was the same sort, fractured hs leg in his second or third start. too bad, i really like watching this horse run.

Oh well, there goes one of my future \"bet against\" horses. :-(
Thats too bad. He was a gonna be a great story or a really nice bet against. I was going to pursue the latter, but I sure hate to see him not get the chance to prove me wrong.
What are you gonna do? This one was on the light prep regiment and he couldn\'t get there either.
Sure is hard for me to think the track was too hard. The times did not look scalding to me and off pace horses were fairing well.
being a md. bred and w/the present situation of failure and infighting of this state, they[the press and horse industry]had jumped on his wagon. md. racing reminds me of a movie THE COOLER.defrancis is a dick and stronach aplayground bully but the dark cloud that engulfs racing in md.even has me saddened.
