I must say Jeery your analysis of the ROTW has been poor.

Just the facts!

The key horse was given out. The race was as simple as using it across the board. I almost always try to shoot out the lights. Standing in line to make the bet, I felt the smart bet was the straight one. Greed won out. This ROTW gave us a chanch to make some serious money. Some days you get the bear and some days the bear gets you!!!!!!

Its not a weird period?

Point to a significant stakes race in the last month that a longish odds horse ran well (won) in and figured to run well in. Please don\'t say Music Tujours. Hell, you can\'t bet a maiden in a stakes field and have him go off at more than 2-1.

If I thought you half understood what I was referring to I might take offense.

CtC, deux

I was referring to your immediate defense of TGJB when an individual posted some rather benign  criticism to the ROTW.

Singles, you repeated yourself. Why am I not surprised.

The issue is the viability of the races selected as the ROTW. Anyone paying or able to pay the least bit of attention will have ascertained that solid favorites or poor choice low odds horses have dominated it recently. Thats not the ROTW analysts fault. But its been like that at the major tracks recently. Low odds/Little Value. The only decent horse I\'ve caught in two weeks plus was Jill Robin L at about 10-1, win and exacta only.

You see Singles, selecting a good odds horse is the key and TGraph understands this, but it doesn\'t always happen even though you want it to. I\'m sure you know volumes about that. But then again, you might be the type to loiter on Pletcher and Frankel odds on types.

If you think the ROTW people have made poor selections belly up to the bar and tell this assortment of people who YOU think is the likely winner of the Lousiana Derby and don\'t forget to put your second, third and fourth place horses in.

Please don\'t worry about anyone paying any mind to your selections and ruining you\'re \"return\". This should be comical, but at least suffice to shut you up.

Most weeks, when I read the ROTW, it is interesting and there are angles to play and/or ways to be the opinion expressed, if you agree with it.  As previously discussed, the ROTW has been very \"cold\" lately with opinions, but at least they were opinions.

This week\'s is not in the same calibre of previous weeks, to be honest.  There is no opinion expressed.  High Limit is a worth favorite, and there are five contenders who \"may or may not\" run their race.  Sounds like the \"leap\" to take is betting against Scipion.  Sorry, but that is no value.  The horse figures 6-1 or longer tomorrow.

Anyway, at least the ROTW won\'t be wrong this week.

Looking around the schedule this weekend, it doesn\'t seem like there are that many interesting races, at least compared to last week\'s great racing.  So there may not have been much to choose from.
