Noel Is part of the Australian Harness Trainers I\'ve been talking about for quite some time who have been ahead of the game with shakes and numbing agents.

He wasn\'t just raided but arrested for what he did. However, he has won 2 races tonight. He trains better from jail than most do in free society. Justin Abbott and Daniel Sheddan (Caught at Freehold) part of that group have been deported from the country as part of their punishment. I think Noel is a citizen though as I believe he is married to an American girl.
