This race didn\'t appeal to me, but I just gave it a look cuz its the ROTW and I enjoyed reading the preamble.

I\'m not certain what TGJB analyzed in the weights. The weight considerations make Cajun Pepper look potentially vulnerable to me. He\'s got a good hole and barring trouble they\'ll probably go from there, though he has shown that he doesnt have to have the lead immediately. He may not be a speed crazed horse. He appears to be sitting on the pace and then widening late.

The other quick looking horse is Thor\'s Echo and with the possible exception of Cajun I think he has the speed to clear most of those inside him. The impediments look to be Voronin and Dover Dere. Thor could inherit the lead. If you\'re O\'Neil don\'t you send him from there? Depending upon his early placement, his effort could factor large for both himself and Cajun. This horse can run six marks. It could be a real test for Cajun if he has to quick step with Thor toting five more than most of the field.

El Battalion - caught by Real Dandy in the Biloxi Palace race. A race that is looking better with time.

Southern Africa - Blinkers on. Second off freshening. This horse has been a remarkable work horse. Its game day.

Dover Dere - Co-Highweight. That Flamenco and Closing Arguement race should give one pause. That last race should give one pause too...lol

Quiet Money - Been acclimating to the track for about a month. Decent connections. TFigs have a two turn maiden number on him that could win this \"IF\" he can repeat it with minor stakes types.

P.S. just caught the Feb 13 workouts for Dover Dere and Thors Echo...lol. Anyone reading might wanna have a look at those. (Dover may be the lead contestor for Thor)
