Title: A FuPig with a future? & Easy Sabin
Post by: Chuckles_the_Clown2 on February 26, 2005, 01:50:40 PM
I watched the Sammy Davis, but I would have bet Andromeda\'s Hero couldn\'t get up from that post and he went wide, wide on the first turn. I don\'t know what he beat, but this is the best looking FuPig to date. I thought Killenaule would have his number today.

That Sabin was Easy wasn\'t it. I can\'t believe they bet Shug down to that starting here.

P.S. I liked the Chilean mare, at the odds considering the circumstances. On Her best  the Phipps mare figured tough. The question was whether to expect it here. Still, the Pletcher horse was second choice.

Sun King looked good. Nicky doing his pre Derby thing.

i like this one. dam has storm bird, roberto, and arts and letter in her family. i posted on the horse last month (GP), but the race was too short i think. says a lot that bejarano went along

....

yea, SK ran very well. 1:36 flat running a bit wide looks pretty fast on the surface.
.....

well done if you had the pletcher filly. she had a \"4\" going in. same track, same distance.... i couldn\'t move her up enough to put her on top. account for the shug disease though and i guess she was usable. survivalist ran ok in the 10th, but again, 5/2 was just too low.

daydreaming was the fastest going in by four lengths, and had bailey up in a six horse field. i suspected 3/5 or so. i can\'t believe she ran that poorly though, something must have gone wrong there.
