F—k these no balls stewards.
No balls is an understatement
I honestly just popped in website to see if any posts. I thought a no brainer. 5 never changes his path, can\'t say that didn\'t cost 5 second or possible even first if 2 tries going inside, 100% sure. No way, b/c Forte bumping them slowed them both down and then both reaccelerated. Unreal. Rant over but that was really bad imo. Have 2 too but kills payouts
They gave Irad 3 days for just about the same infraction a couple of days ago and he pulls this shit again and they leave him up! He really seems to have gotten the message.
Irad's been pulling this aggressive riding shit for a while and it pisses me off. He's a great rider, gets the best horses and he still cheats. Cordero was the same way. The stewards have really failed here.
Agree.
Except this one was much worse. He fouled two separate horses, and both finished within a length of him. The other day the horse he fouled finished ninth and was going nowhere.
That's just way it is nothing will ever change
Another black eye for racing on national television. Every analyst on the Fox telecast said \" Forte is coming down\". Since the stewards won\'t do anything maybe some of the other jockey\'s will?
Where did you see that Irad got three days? I have been looking, but have not seen that.
They said it on the Fox Sports Saratoga Live broadcast a couple of minutes ago.

Maybe its time for one of these jockeys to give him a black eye in the jock\'s room. If I was on a horse and getting bumped around by this guy, and the stewards aren\'t gonna do shit about it.........
I agree with you and I think one more incident might be the breaking point. Maybe it\'s time for some of the senior riders in the room to make a statement.
the Ortiz are pretty senior at this point.
did they ever muzzle Cordero ?
This is pure conjecture but I'm guessing Irad got a talking to after that race despite the fact that they left his number up. He found himself in pretty much the same position today in the 5th race. Boxed in on the rail mid-stretch with Toned Up on his outside and Fannie and Freddie in front he seemed ready to bull his way out again, thought better of it, dropped down to the rail, conceded the win as well as the place with a less than vigorous ride in the last 50 yards. Maybe a thumb in the eye to the racing officials who now had to deal with the wrath of those bettors who dropped roughly $80K on Signal From Noise in the place pool.
It looked to me that, after Repole\'s tirade the other day when he threatened to leave the sport, the woke stewards decided that Repole\'s poor wittle feelings were more important than the Rules Of Racing.
Yeah because we all know lack of integrity and playing favorites is something new
