The little thief was holding horses in a gambling scheme in the 70\'s and should be barred for life.Interesting that the NYRA CHAIRMAN Barry (clueless) Schwartz supported his application for re-instatement.

Holding? Gambling scheme? They did things like that in the 70\'s?
