A question about Sky Sports Speed Figures. i.e. the speed figures used in Brisnet past performances published for Great Britain, Australia, Hong Kong, and Asian venues.
Do their numbers incorporate weight carried? I\'ve assumed they do not but they correlate so poorly to results now I have doubts.
